Beverage supply and control

To ensure that your investment is protected and that the service flows flawlessly throughout the entire event, we include a Beverage Supply and Control Manager, at a cost of $1,160 MXN (taxes included).

This role is key to the operation, as they are responsible not only for transportation but also for the total control of the product throughout the entire event.

What does this service guarantee?

Continuous safekeeping of the alcohol at all times.
Controlled delivery to bartenders, waiters, or event coordinators.
Consumption supervision, preventing the product from being used by operational staff.
Loading, transportation, unloading, and removal of the product.
Punctual arrival with the complete inventory.
Recovery of surplus product at the conclusion of the event.

In these types of events, the greatest risk is not how much is consumed, but how it is controlled. This service ensures that every single bottle you are paying for actually reaches your guests.

General terms

Operating policy & conditions

Prospecting and client onboarding policy

Quotation. Every prospect must receive a formal quotation prepared by the assigned sales executive.
Confirmation and advance payment. Once the service is confirmed and the advance payment is made, the executive will request the documentation for client onboarding.
Mandatory onboarding. Every client must be registered, whether an invoice is required or not.
Required documentation. Individuals: official ID and Tax Status Certificate. Legal entities: legal representative's official ID and Tax Status Certificate.
Bank details. For consignment, bank details are required for refunds.

Open bar service

Duration. 5 or 10 hour service. Extra hour: an additional 5% of the event total per hour.
Payments. 30% advance payment and 70% settled 7 days before the event.
Cancellations. 30% penalty with no refund of the advance payment.
Staff. Operating staff is not included unless hired separately.
Supply. A supply supervisor is assigned ($1,000 + VAT).
Products. For exclusive consumption at the event.
Glassware. Not included unless hired separately.
Modifications. Every change must be authorized in writing.

Consignment

Minimum consumption of 60%.
Refund of up to 40% (conditions apply).
No refund on mixers, beer and sparkling wines.
Payment. 60% or 100% with a subsequent refund.
Supply supervisor ($1,160 VAT included).

General provisions

Validity. Quotations are valid for 7 days.
Adjustments may apply due to operational changes.
Out-of-town events carry an additional cost.
Signing implies full acceptance.
